Sales Manager
Wernick Refurbished Buildings, part of The Wernick Group which is the UK's largest and longest standing National provider of permanent and temporary modular buildings and site accommodation, is looking for a talented individual to join their team.

Please note, must be based at one of the following depots: Ampthill, Avonmouth, Banbury, Bury St Edmunds, Chawston, Cheltenham, Dartford, Devizes, Farnham, Wickford or our Wernick Refurbished Buildings site in York.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Manage enquiries from initial lead to project award
Deal with customers queries in a timely manner
Build relationships with existing and new customers
Prepare accurate sales proposals
Carry out site meetings when required
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Drive revenue and help achieve sales targets
Assist marketing with lead generation campaigns
Key attributes:
Experience working in the modular construction industry
Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in person
Dedication to customer experience
Self motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
Is not adverse to change and implementing process improvements
