About the Role
This is a hands‑on supervisory role focused on maintaining exceptional hygiene, organisation, and safety standards across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. You’ll guide the stewarding team, support smooth service flow, and ensure our kitchens are always ready for the next great meal.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising, training, and motivating the stewarding team
Ensuring all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards
Overseeing dishwashing operations and ensuring equipment is well maintained
Managing waste, recycling, and chemical handling in line with safety procedures
Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensuring compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hotel hygiene policies
Coordinating deep‑clean schedules and ensuring all checklists are completed
Promoting a positive, respectful, and team‑focused working environment
What You Bring
Experience in kitchen support role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
Good communication skills and a commitment to high standards
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
