The Role
As Senior HR Manager, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and a core member of the Executive Team. You will lead the evolution of our People & Culture strategy across organisational design, workforce planning, talent development, culture, engagement, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
This role combines strategic influence with meaningful, values‑driven leadership—perfect for someone who wants their work to have measurable impact.
What You’ll Lead
Strategic Leadership
Drive the People & Culture strategy aligned with Odyssey’s Playbook, Family Principles, and long‑term growth ambitions
Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and leadership teams as a senior advisor
Embed HR technology, data‑driven decision‑making, and digital transformation
Organisational Development & Workforce Planning
Design structures that support sustainable scale and regulatory excellence
Lead workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
Support a strong internal talent pipeline and mobility framework
People Operations & Governance
Ensure full compliance within a highly regulated care environment
Lead HR governance, employee relations, and legislative adherence
Oversee HR systems, audits, data integrity, and people analytics
Talent, Learning & Development
Shape recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Build leadership programmes, learning pathways, and capability‑building initiatives
Support global talent and cross‑cultural integration
Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing
Champion Odyssey’s values, culture, and Family Principles
Deliver engagement, wellbeing, and proactive mental health initiatives
Drive DEI strategy and embed equitable people practices
ESG, Sustainability & Positive Impact
Lead and contribute to B Corp‑aligned people practices
Represent Odyssey within Broadlake Group forums
Support positive social and environmental outcomes through HR strategy
About You
You bring significant senior HR leadership experience in complex, regulated, or mission‑driven environments, with a proven track record of partnering at Executive/Board level.
You are:

Passionate about impact, inclusion, and continuous learning
Experience with digital transformation, DEI strategy, organisational design, and regulatory compliance will be essential. Experience within care, health, or sustainability‑focused sectors is desirable.
