Altogether Care is seeking an ambitious, committed care leader to lead an established domiciliary care service in Bath, working with an experienced team and long-standing partners across B&NES and Wiltshire local authorities.
We are a family-run, values-led organisation with over 35 years’ experience, continuing to grow strongly. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, works flexibly, and is motivated to grow the service and business locally in a positive, sustainable way.
Whether you are ready to take on CQC registration or are driven to be trained and developed into a CQC-ready Registered Manager, we offer clear, supported progression for the right person.
About You
You are ambitious, loyal, and people-focused, with a can-do attitude and strong leadership presence. You take ownership, motivate others, and are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant care while building trusted professional relationships.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in CQC-regulated domiciliary care services
Are willing and able to take on registration or train to become CQC-ready
Lead from the front and inspire teams through example
Are flexible, dependable, and committed to long-term success
Are ambitious to grow the business locally

What you will need
Required criteria
- A Can-Do Attitude
- Have a good track record of working in the care sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, Clients and their families
- Hold a Level 5 QCF Diploma
