Culinary Care Lead | Cook | Chef
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience that enhances safety, wellbeing, culture, and dignity. You are not simply a chef; you are a hospitality ambassador and nutritional safety guardian. Responsibilities include hands-on cooking and meal production, leading the culinary team, ensuring IDDSI compliance, and embedding a culture of hospitality and excellence
What you will need
Required criteria
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment
- Experience with texture modified diets
- Previous experience of working in a supervisory role
- Budgetary experience
- Experience of working with service users who have additional support needs
