About the role
Responsibilities:
· Sell a wide range of commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs
· Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
· Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
· Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
· Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
· Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
· Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target-driven environment
· Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
· Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
· Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
· Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
· Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)
· Full valid UK driving licence

· Confidence in advising customers on vehicle features, specifications, and advanced technologies
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

What you will need
Required criteria
- At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
- Full valid driving license required
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Strong planning and organisational skills#
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Positive, confident, determined approach
- Driven to meet targets
- Time management skills
- Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
