Sand is a finite resource, and it’s running out. Today, population growth and the pace of progress means the world is devouring sand like never before – 50 billion tonnes a year globally. About the role
As a Pre-Sales Analyst, you will support the sales process by bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. You will analyse requirements, design tailored proposals, and ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
As a Pricing & Proposal Analyst, you will be part of a support team that is integral to the success of our business. Working within a dynamic project environment, you will be responsible for completing pricing and proposal documents for the sales team from technical process flows and layout drawings. Combining your enquiring approach and analytical skills, you will provide insightful, accurate information which will support the business development team in the sales process. You will continually develop your capabilities and strive to develop and maintain a high standard of output.
Generate pricing and proposal documents for the sales team, ensuring accuracy throughout.
Work with the technical and design teams to identify and analyse opportunities for cost reduction to maximise the sales conversion rate.
Participate in tender document creation.
Review contractual documents to ensure all implications are fully understood and included in the pricing offered to the customer.
Participate in other continuous improvements of pricing and proposal tools to enhance team efficiency.
Adhere to company HR & health & safety policies.
Any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.

What you will need
Required criteria
- 3 A Levels or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a costing, pricing or engineering role
- Extensive experience using MS Office, especially MS Excel & MS Word
