Recruitment and Talent Advisor

We are looking for a Recruitment and Talent Advisor to join our HR team in our Head Office in Ewloe, Deeside in North Wales. Competitive annual salary of £27,000 (DOE).

This is a permanent position to work full time hours (35 hours per week). The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working - 3 days from the office and 2 days at home.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive end-to-end recruitment support to all resorts.

  • Shortlist incoming applicants and manage candidate pipelines effectively.

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.

  • Gather, track, and follow up on interview feedback.

  • Build strong working relationships with Department Heads and Managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Support wider HR activities and contribute to general administrative tasks as required.

  • Promote job opportunities across social media channels to drive engagement and attract talent.

  • Overseeing the processing of agency invoices and responding to agency-related requests.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment, HR shared service or agency recruiting.

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Experience gained within an in-house recruitment function.

  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.

  • Skilled in behavioural/competency-based interviewing.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and take ownership of strategic projects that enhance our talent and recruitment function.

  • Experience using ATS systems (e.g., SeeMeHired, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo).

  • Solid understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

  • A driving licence is advantageous for travelling to and from resorts.

  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
