We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and ensure our guests enjoy a world-class experience in every sip.
About the role
Role Overview:
As our Hotel Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar service within the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue through innovative offerings and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the hotel bar, including staffing, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train bartenders and bar staff to uphold 4-star service.
Monitor stock, place orders, and manage stock levels to ensure cost control.
Design and update seasonal drinks menus in collaboration with the Operations team.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Events teams to support hotel-wide operations and special functions.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bar management role
