About the role
💦 What You’ll Be Doing
Teaching safe, engaging swimming lessons for all ages and abilities
Assisting with the daily running of our leisure facilities (pool, gym)
Welcoming guests and members, helping them feel at home
Maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards around the leisure centre
Supporting leisure events, activities, and community programmes

What you will need
Required criteria
- Swim teaching qualification (or willingness to train – we’ll help!)
- Great people skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
- Team player who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Commitment to safety and customer care
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends
