This is a rewarding role where youโ€™ll combine leadership, care planning, and hands-on support to make a real difference in your community.

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessments โ€“ Carry out initial and ongoing care assessments, risk assessments, and reviews to ensure care plans are accurate and tailored.

  • Staff Supervisions & Spot Checks โ€“ Provide regular supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews for care staff. Deliver on-the-job coaching to maintain quality standards.

  • On-Call Response Duties โ€“ Take part in the on-call rota, offering out-of-hours support and attending urgent calls when needed.

  • Quality Assurance โ€“ Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

  • Team Support โ€“ Act as the link between the office and field staff, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Client Relationships โ€“ Build strong, professional relationships with service users and their families, always promoting dignity, independence, and respect.

  • Previous experience in domiciliary or community care.

  • Supervisory or senior carer experience (preferred).

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and lead by example.

  • A genuine passion for quality care and supporting both clients and staff.

  • Ability and flexibility to cover On Call. (ยฃ50 retainer for on call duties)
