Senior Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)

🌟 Clinical Lead – Shape the Future of Care with Oakminster Healthcare 🌟

Are you a Registered Nurse ready to step into a role where your clinical expertise, leadership, and vision truly shape care delivery—rather than being consumed by daily task completion?

At Oakminster Healthcare, our Clinical Lead role is an exciting, overarching leadership position designed for nurses who want to influence clinical standards, quality, safety, and outcomes across our care communities—while supporting and developing others to deliver exceptional care.

This is a role for nurses who think strategically, lead compassionately, and want the time and space to focus on clinical oversight, improvement, coaching, and innovation.

💙 About the Role

As Clinical Lead, you will provide expert clinical leadership and oversight, ensuring that care and support are safe, evidence-based, person-centred, and outcomes-focused. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Care & Support Lead to strengthen clinical governance, mentor nursing and care teams, and future-proof our services for years to come.

This role allows you to step away from routine task delivery and instead focus on:

  • Clinical excellence

  • Professional leadership

  • Quality assurance

  • Mentorship and development

  • Complex clinical decision-making
