About the role


Key Responsibilities

  • Stores & Inventory Management

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

    • Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, asset registers, and calibration schedules.

    • Carry out regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliations.

  • Equipment & Asset Control

    • Issue, track, and return equipment and consumables for projects.

    • Ensure tools and equipment are clean, serviceable, and maintained in accordance with manufacturers’ and company requirements.

    • Manage logistics for mobilisation and demobilisation of project equipment.

  • Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure compliance with Ventus Energy’s ISO-accredited management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

    • Maintain records of lifting gear inspections, PPE issue, and test equipment calibration.

    • Support HSEQ processes and audits.

  • Logistics & Coordination

    • Arrange transport and shipping of goods, liaising with couriers and freight companies.

    • Support offshore project teams with stores requests, ensuring timely delivery.

    • Assist with project mobilisation planning and coordination.

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of stock control systems, asset registers, and inventory software
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to train)
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, inventory software)
  • Commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role (engineering or energy sector experience desirable)
