About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated and purchased components into finished products, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

  • Work directly from detailed assembly drawings and 3D models to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Rotate between different assembly operations, offering variety and supporting wider business needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation to support high-quality standards.

  • Dismantle full machines into sections suitable for containerisation and safe shipment.

  • Ensure all work meets the ISO9001 Quality Standard, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.

  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and supportive working environment.

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hydraulic fitting.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret hydraulic circuits.
  • Skilled in fault-finding and resolving hydraulic issues.
  • Proven capability to work to deadlines and meet strict targets.
  • Solid understanding of general Health & Safety practices.
  • Positive and willing attitude to learn new skills.
  • Comfortable with stepping outside your comfort zone and taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
