Experienced Hydraulic Fitters
Main Purpose of the RoleBring machines to life by assembling engineered parts into high-quality pre-assemblies and complete machines. This hands-on role is key to ensuring products are built to exact standards, ready to perform for customers worldwide.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Assemble fabricated and purchased components into finished products, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Work directly from detailed assembly drawings and 3D models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Rotate between different assembly operations, offering variety and supporting wider business needs.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation to support high-quality standards.
Dismantle full machines into sections suitable for containerisation and safe shipment.
Ensure all work meets the ISO9001 Quality Standard, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and supportive working environment.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hydraulic fitting.
- Strong ability to read and interpret hydraulic circuits.
- Skilled in fault-finding and resolving hydraulic issues.
- Proven capability to work to deadlines and meet strict targets.
- Solid understanding of general Health & Safety practices.
- Positive and willing attitude to learn new skills.
- Comfortable with stepping outside your comfort zone and taking on new challenges.
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
