Equestrian Receptionist-Castle Leslie Equestrian Centre
Reception & Customer Service
Greet visitors, riders, and clients warmly and professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently.
Manage bookings and scheduling for lessons, events.
Provide information about services, pricing, and centre policies.
Administrative Duties
Maintain and update horse care files, including health records.
Oversee daily health and safety documentation, including fire register sign-offs and incident logs.
Ensure tack sign-off sheets are completed and filed appropriately.
Support compliance with all safety regulations and internal protocols.
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies.
Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.
Centre Coordination
Liaise with instructors, stable staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Help coordinate rider registrations, waivers, and insurance documentation.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
About the role
This is a key admin role at our busy equestrian centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and riders, while also managing essential daily tasks like health and safety sign-offs, horse care records, tack checklists, and general admin. It’s a fast-paced position that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional approach.
