Recruitment Resourcer - Hybrid (Care Sector)

Are you a driven Recruiter who thrives on finding the right people for the right roles? We’re seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for care staff across our Hampshire and Surrey branches.

This hybrid role is mainly home-based, with regular visits to local offices, job fairs, and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines and support our growing business.

About the role

✨ What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for care staff.

  • Source, attract, and pre-screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and college/university visits.

  • Issue conditional offer letters and contracts.

  • Process DBS checks, Right to Work documents, and references.

  • Guide candidates through the entire journey, from application to onboarding.

  • Partner with branch teams to understand staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records via our ATS system.

  • Support local recruitment campaigns and community engagement activities.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Confident using ATS systems, job boards, and social media for sourcing.

  • Ability to work independently, while building strong relationships with internal teams.

  • Flexibility to attend offices, recruitment fairs, and local events as needed.

  • Passion for people and an interest in the care sector.

  • Experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or HR support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Confident using digital tools and social media for sourcing candidates Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and compliance Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving approach
