Traffic Management Planner

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Traffic Management Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and coordination of daily operations across multiple utility contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Job & Squad Planning: Coordinate and plan future jobs for NIW, NIE, Openreach, and Fibrus. Assign appropriate squads to daily tasks, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.

· Traffic Management & Permits: Liaise with the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) to apply for road permits. Assist in preparing and managing traffic management plans.

· Communication & Coordination: Inform supervisors of job updates, corrections, and date changes. Handle bookings for Fibrus jobs directly with Fibrus supervisors.

· Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, including site photos, risk assessments, and traffic management documentation.

· Invoicing Support: Assist with invoice processing and ensure billing aligns with completed works and documentation.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

· Knowledge of traffic management or roadworks permit applications (desirable)

· Brics-CAD experience (desirable)
