Chef de Partie

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team at Conor’s Bar. The ideal candidate will be creative, reliable, and committed to delivering memorable, high-quality food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in your section, maintaining consistency and excellence.

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating menus that reflect our commitment to fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards across the kitchen at all times.

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

• Ensure efficient stock rotation and minimal waste, in line with kitchen procedures.

• Bring creativity, energy, and professionalism to the kitchen every day.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
