Restaurant Manager

About the role
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring impeccable service and seamless guest experiences. You will lead and inspire a team of professionals, maintain high standards, and collaborate with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to enhance our food and beverage offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of restaurant service and staff
Uphold and exceed service standards in line with our luxury brand
Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and care
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff
Monitor budgets, inventory, and ensure cost efficiency
Work closely with the events and kitchen teams to ensure a cohesive experience
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
