About the role
Spa Therapist Responsibilities
✅ Provide Exceptional Treatments – Perform massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa services based on client needs.
✅ Client Consultation – Assess client concerns, recommend treatments, and customize experiences for maximum relaxation and wellness.
✅ Maintain a Clean & Serene Environment – Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized, stocked, and inviting.
✅ Promote Spa Services & Products – Educate clients on aftercare, skincare, and wellness products to enhance their results.
✅ Uphold Professionalism – Follow spa protocols, maintain client confidentiality, and provide top-tier customer service.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work with fellow therapists and spa staff to create a seamless, relaxing experience for all guests.
What you will need
Required criteria
- ✅ Certified & Licensed – Must have a recognized certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or relevant spa treatments.
- ✅ Experience Preferred – Previous spa or wellness industry experience is a plus, but passionate beginners are welcome!
- ✅ Strong Knowledge of Treatments – Skilled in various massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
- ✅ Excellent Communication – Ability to consult with clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- ✅ Professional & Friendly Attitude – Warm, welcoming, and committed to delivering a top-tier spa experience.
