We are looking for a Cook to join our team at New Pines Holiday Home Park in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Great hourly rate of pay!
This is a seasonal position to work part time , 30 hours over 4 days , Thursday , Friday, Saturday and Sunday .
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Cook will
· Assist the friendly team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
· Oversee portion control, waste management, food preparation and all procedures.
· Be responsible for stock rotation and ordering.
· Ensure that all menus and specials boards on display have the correct selling prices at all times.
· Be sure that food hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times and that the wider kitchen team follow these procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a busy kitchen environment is essential. Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are essential. A driving licence with the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Right to Live and work in the UK
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- We are looking for a Chef that has a qualification in Level 3 Food Safety
- Previous experience within a busy kitchen environment is essential
