Marketing Manager
Location: Head Office, Ballymena, Northern Ireland (Hybrid working available after probationary period)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead direct marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
·Implement the company’s marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
·Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, website content, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Oversee and implement engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to grow our online presence.
·Analyse social media trends and performance metrics to optimise engagement and audience reach.
·Create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, brochures, and case studies.
·Manage external agencies, freelancers, and partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
·Attend events as necessary, with occasional travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

What you will need
Required criteria
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing management role.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, brand development, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
