Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all entities within our hospitality portfolio.

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire the accounts team, driving collaboration and excellence in financial reporting and operations.

  • Cost Control & Profitability: Focus on cost control initiatives while maximizing profitability and financial performance across all properties.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic growth.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What you will need

Required criteria

  • We are looking for an ambitious, confident and professional individual with strong communication, organisational, analytical and people management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality industry or food and beverage environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part qualified accountant.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures with strong internal control awareness

Desired criteria

  • The candidate should have a professional accounting designation, and 2+ years progressively responsible experience culminating in a senior financial position in a related sector.
  • Experience in liaising with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills will be key.
