About the role
Key Responsibilities:
🍹 Drink Preparation & Service – Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to customers efficiently and accurately.
🛎 Customer Service – Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure they have a great experience.
💰 Cash Handling – Operate the till, handle cash/card transactions, and manage tabs.
🧽 Bar Maintenance & Cleanliness – Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
📦 Stock Management – Restock drinks, check inventory levels, and report shortages.
⚖ Responsible Alcohol Service – Follow licensing laws and ensure customers are served responsibly.
🎉 Creating a Fun Atmosphere – Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and contribute to a lively bar environment.
🛑 Conflict Resolution – Handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally when needed.
