About the role
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a key part in the smooth operation of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Vehicle and warranty registration
Completion of paperwork related to DVLA, registration, and stock control
Ordering and tracking the movement of vehicles
General administrative duties to support the sales team
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in a similar administration role
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure
IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, experience in use of CRM/DMS systems
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience in the motor industry
