About the Role:

This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a key part in the smooth operation of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Vehicle and warranty registration

  • Completion of paperwork related to DVLA, registration, and stock control

  • Ordering and tracking the movement of vehicles

  • General administrative duties to support the sales team

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in a similar administration role

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure

  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, experience in use of CRM/DMS systems

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in the motor industry
