About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create seamless, engaging, and high-performing user experiences. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and optimize conversion rates.

This is a remote position that will require some commuting to West Berkshire on a quarterly basis for a three-day Developer & Company meetup.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and improve product design.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas effectively.

  • Implement best practices in UX design to optimize the user journey and conversion rates.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and a deep understanding of website best practices.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Experience working with high-end brands and designing premium digital experiences.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development.
