UX/UI Designer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create seamless, engaging, and high-performing user experiences. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and optimize conversion rates.
This is a remote position that will require some commuting to West Berkshire on a quarterly basis for a three-day Developer & Company meetup.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and improve product design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
Implement best practices in UX design to optimize the user journey and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and a deep understanding of website best practices.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Experience working with high-end brands and designing premium digital experiences.
Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge the gap between design and development.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £60,000
