IT Support Analyst
Be part of the global IT Service Desk providing a high standard of support for staff across the group and locally at our offices in Esher. This role will also be responsible for supporting our in-house built applications and will require someone with in depth knowledge of SQL. We are looking for someone with the following requirements.

About the role
Key responsibilities
1st and 2nd line IT support for the Esher offices and wider operations within the company
Application support covering frontend administration tasks and educating our users on how best to use the products
Backend SQL database administration including writing, optimising and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures
Produce reports for the business on an ad hoc basis extracting data from the databases as required
Work closely with our development teams escalating any bugs and keeping the end user up to date with progress
Monitor application availability and performance and extract information from central logging systems to analyse faults
Day to day management of internal hardware and systems including laptops, desktops, AV, printers, soft phones and desktop software
Monitoring of group systems and escalate incidents where required to senior support teams
M365 administration relating to user account management, Intune, Exchange and Teams
Liaising with hardware, software and service suppliers for the company
Additional Requirements
Some out of hours work will be necessary for maintenance of critical systems
Expectation will be to join an on-call rota
The role is based in Esher, but occasional travel to elsewhere may be necessary for training and support as part of the global service desk function
