Breakfast Assistant
Fitzwilton Hotel is currently recruiting for experienced Breakfast Server to join the Team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience
Replenish food stations and ensure the breakfast selection is well-stocked
Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food service role, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a busy environment, particularly during peak breakfast hours
Flexibility to work morning shifts (e.g. 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM)
A friendly, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
A passion for delivering great service to every guest
