Malone Hotel, based in Belfast is a locally owned, boutique 4-star hotel that has recently undergone an exciting rebrand and extensive refurbishment of our bar, restaurant, and wider hotel. With a fresh new look and a commitment to outstanding service, there has never been a better time to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting for 3 x Room Attendants to play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay. Working behind the scenes, the successful candidates will help maintain the high standards of our hotel by preparing and servicing guest rooms to perfection.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Providing full and stayover service to guest rooms, ensuring every space is immaculate and welcoming.
Maintaining the provision of fresh, clean laundry, towels, and amenities for all guests.
Carrying out daily and weekly cleaning tasks as directed by hotel management.
Ensuring public areas are neat and presentable, creating a first-class impression.
Reporting any maintenance issues to keep our hotel in top condition.
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
What we are looking for:
A keen eye for detail and cleanliness – you take pride in your work.
A positive and team-oriented attitude.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial, but full training is provided.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.

Required criteria
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- A good level of spoken and written English.
- Right to work and live in the UK.
Desired criteria
- Prior experience in a Room Attendant role would be advantageous.
