We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly face of our Aftersales Team, delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating repairs, and making sure our customers drive away happy every time.

About the role

The Role: Service Advisor:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our aftersales customers, ensuring they receive first-class service from start to finish. You’ll handle bookings, liaise with the workshop team, and keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress—making their experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and handling service and repair bookings.

  • Communicating with the workshop team to provide accurate updates.

  • Advising customers on required work, costs, and service plans.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after the job is done.

  • Processing invoices, warranties, and payments efficiently.

  • Helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicle’s maintenance.

Let's Talk Money

It's service, so we know it’s mostly about the earnings.

That's why, in addition to a base salary of £26,500 per year, you'll earn commission on service plans you sell—uncapped.

We work Monday to Friday, so there are typically 20 working days in a month.

  • If you quote 30 service plans per month

  • You’d likely close at least 10

  • That’s 10 sales per month

  • Which is £200 in commission

  • Plus your base salary

That means we’d expect you to be earning at least £2,400 per month (£28,900 per year), with plenty of room for growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • You love working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • You’re organised, proactive, and great at multitasking.

  • You’re comfortable handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries.

  • You have a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.

  • You’re reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn.

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a bonus—but not essential.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No late nights, no full weekends)

  • Salary: Competitive + benefits

  • Full & valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to up sell at every opportunity

  • Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
  • Capable of dealing with customers face to face
  • Maintaining the franchise and business standards
