Quantity Surveyor
A exciting position in a fast paced environment which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland.
About the role
· Delivery of Major Contracts
· Cost management of Sub Contractors
· Perform a commercial function in preparation with tender bids.
· Change control procedures on projects so variations are identified and agreed
· Ensure information is presented timely and accurate
· Preparation of accurate and prudent cost-value analysis
· Interim and final account statement preparation
· Site surveys, measurements and drawing/taking off plans
· Pricing variations and costing compensation events
· Uphold Data Protection Policies
· Any other Ad hoc duties
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices
Required Qualifications
· Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification (Preferred)
· Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
· Full UK Driving License
· Experience in Measured terms in NHF & PSA Schedules (desirable)

What you will need
Required criteria
- Recognised Quantity Surveying qualification
- Full UK Driving License
- Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- 5 years’ experience in construction industry
