Parts Advisor
We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient parts operation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with parts enquiries and process orders via phone, email, and in person
Maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
Organise and manage stock, ensuring parts are arranged systematically in the stockroom
Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and availability
Pre-pick parts for the service workshop team to support efficient operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong IT skills, with experience of using a DMS
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but full training will be given.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the line manager.
