Lead/ Head Spa Therapist
VSpa are seeking a Lead/Head Therapist to join their multi award winning team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Always striving for perfection as a Lead Therapist and giving 100% to each and every treatment.
Having a positive and friendly attitude when dealing with Guests and the rest of the Team
Help in the promotion and sale of treatments and products, making sure you are part of the team effort in helping the Spa achieve its treatment and retail monthly revenue budgets.
Assist Spa Manager, in scheduling, carrying out training and coaching Therapists.
Being a Mentor to the Team.
Carrying out and delegating to Therapists ensuring daily cleaning and tasks are being done.
To be fully knowledgeable and highly efficient with the Spa computer system and software to maximize revenue, manage Therapists shifts, book reservations etc.
Complete monthly stocktakes and order products, supplies, or equipment when need.
To promptly and courteously resolve all complaints and opportunities to the best of your knowledge and ability, with a pleasant and professional attitude.
Responsible for the day to day running of the Spa when the Spa supervisor/Manager is not there.
About the role
Minimum Requirements
Qualified in ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO Beauty Therapy and Massage or NVQ Level 3
1 years ‘experience in a similar role within a Spa.
Ability to cope well under pressure.
Highly motivated, and a team player.
Flexible to the demands of the business working weekends/late shifts/ Christmas/bank holidays etc.
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential.
Must be available to work weekends and Holidays

- 1 years experience in a similar role within a spa
