Payroll and Accounts Assistant
The Payroll and Accounts Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services for Beaumont Care. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality, alongside strong numeracy skills. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage Weekly, Monthly, and Lunar payrolls, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to deadlines
Key Responsibilities
· Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, including employee records, timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax information.
· Payroll Processing: Assist the Payroll Manager with the preparation and processing of payrolls, maintaining accuracy throughout all stages.
· Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to automate payroll workflows and streamline processes for efficiency.
· Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with national payroll laws and regulations to ensure all systems and procedures remain compliant.
· Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for Home Administrators and Managers, providing prompt resolution to payroll-related queries and issues.
· Training and Documentation: Assist in maintaining and updating training materials, user guides, and documentation to support payroll processing and compliance.
· Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of nominal journals and variance reports for the Payroll Manager.
