What You’ll Do:
Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest requests and enquiries efficiently, delivering excellent customer service throughout the night.
Conduct regular security checks and patrols to ensure guest safety and the security of the property.
Assist with setting up for early morning events, functions, or breakfast service as required.
Complete administrative tasks, including night audits and reporting, ensuring smooth handovers to the day team.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including the lobby and lounge spaces.
Support the Food & Beverage team with any late-night room service orders.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
A strong focus on guest service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.
Basic IT skills to manage check-ins, check-outs, and night audits.
A professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Shift Pattern: This role involves working night shifts, typically from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays on a rota basis.
