Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget.
About the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our projects. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee site operations, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise subcontractors and site workforce, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Deliver site toolbox talks and ensure they are documented.
Manage site activities, attend client meetings, and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare and monitor project programmes using Microsoft Project or similar software.
Certify subcontractor payments and agree on invoices.
Submit monthly valuations, variation quotations, and financial reports.
Act as the Company Safety Officer on-site, conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Prepare essential documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Construction Phase Plans, and maintenance files.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Building Regulations and contract requirements.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential
• Black / White CSCS Card;
• Knowledge of ground works and site trades;
• Knowledge / experience of JCT / NEC3 Contracts;
• The ability to oversee multiple contracts at the same time;
• Self-motivated, organised and IT literate;
• The holder of a full UK Driving Licence.
