Job Summary
Due to expansion and growth, we are excited to recruit for an experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to join us on a full-time basis.
As a Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, processing sample requests, managing social media channels, coordinating events, and creating content that resonates with our audience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and help drive our marketing campaigns forward.
You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Executive. In-house training will be offered to learn the systems and processes we work with.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm (40 hours per week excluding break times)
About the role
Main Responsibilities of the Job
Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks, including managing marketing calendars, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with other teams, attending meetings, taking notes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor posts across all social platforms, engage with followers, and support influencer marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media and email marketing, for the SAM Mouldings website.
Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
Event Coordination: Help organise and execute promotional events, trade shows, and brand activations.
Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of campaigns and social media metrics, providing reports to the Marketing Manager.
Brand Representation: Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and uphold SAM Mouldings reputation for excellence in line with our brand guidelines.
Samples: Processing orders using the company internal operating system, logging, packaging, posting and stock control.
Merchandise Sourcing: Order appropriate merchandise and branding material for the SAM Group.
Point of sale: processing customer orders, logging, packaging and posting.
Co-Ordinate Marketing Support Packs: Create training packs for customer so they have the information and marketing materials they need to sell SAM products.
Work with all members of the marketing team to ensure all KPIs set by the Marketing Manager are achieved.
Any other duties as required.
Essential Criteria
5 GCSEs including Maths and English with A-C grades.
At least 6 months experience within an office-based role.
Confident to manage a busy workload within a busy office environment.
Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with a team.
Self-motivated and confident individual.
Possess a flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams).
Desirable Criteria
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
