Change Project Manager, FTC

We have an exciting opening for a Change Project Manager, based in our Esher offices. The Change Project Manager will play a pivotal role in a large-scale change programme at Healix. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate and orchestrate strategic planning activities across the programme, ensuring strict adherence and alignment with the outlined deliverables of the Transformation Programme. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for planning, facilitating and ensuring smooth progression of the transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Executive Board and the Transformation Programme Working Groups  you will ensure that the planning and organisation of change initiatives are managed effectively, setting the groundwork for successful future execution. 

This is a position for someone with prior experience in project managing large-scale transformation programmes, ideally with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and in line with quality standards and budget requirements.

Requirements:

 

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with tools and methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in change management principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring clear direction and a cohesive working environment.

Experience:

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in transformation management or a similar role involving large-scale change initiatives.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in the context of strategic or transformational change.

  • A track record of successfully leading and coordinating complex change programmes from inception to planning stages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).

  • Experience in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or similar framework.

About the role

In this role, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project management: Plan, manage and oversee multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and within the allocated budget.

Stakeholder management: Assist in the implementation of change management strategies that support the adoption of transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: In collaboration with the Transformation Programme Leads, establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of planning and transformation activities.

Risk Identification and Management: Identify, assess and provide recommendations to mitigate risks identified.

Budget and Resource Coordination: In liaison with the Executive Board and Finance Department, monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure projects are completed within identified financial constraints.

Team Engagement: Support a team of transformation project leads, offering guidance, advice, and ensuring collaborative teamwork for effective programme delivery.
