Requirements

  • Follow all company policies and procedure; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.

  • Handle any guest issues with professionalism and confidence;

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the spa team and support the team to reach common goals.

  • General computer knowledge

  • Pleasant demeanour when interacting with hotel guests

  • Good communication skills

About the role

The successful candidates main duties on the Victorian Treatment rooms reception desk will include guest greeting internal and external visitors as the front of house receptionist, cash handling, dealing with spa queries and bookings.

The successful candidate must have energy, a can do attitude and a flexible approach to working hours (weekend work applies).

Previous experience in a similar role or understanding of a spa would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
