About the role

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and services.

  • Ensure all areas maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.

  • Monitor service standards and take immediate corrective action when required.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service for banquets and special events.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality across all outlets.

  • Ensure readiness for high-volume periods, including holidays, events, and peak dining hours.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences through personalized service.

  • Address guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Regularly review guest satisfaction metrics to identify improvement areas.

  • Train and mentor, a high-performing food and beverage team.

  • Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain service excellence.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and address concerns.

  • Organize regular training sessions on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and guest interaction techniques.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels or upscale F&B environments.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and luxury service standards.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
