Administrator
Part Time between 16 - 20hrs per week, (Mon-Fri) hours available between 9.00am – 5.00pm plus some evening and weekend work where required. Hours and rota pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Salary - £12.20 per hour
This role is based at our office 432 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3GY
The post holder will work in our HR department, providing admin support predominantly to our recruitment function.
You will be the first point of contact for all applicants and will liaise with them throughout the onboarding process.
The role will require an IT literate person who is an excellent communicator.
Essential Criteria:
Right to live and work in the UK
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages, previous experience using Microsoft Excel
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Desired Criteria:
6 months previous experience working in an office administration role
About the role
Uploading job adverts on all relevant sites in a timely manner
Reviewing applications in online portal and shortlist in line with job criteria
Schedule and interview applicants
Updating, all recruitment paperwork including standard letters, interview forms, interview files
To download, monitor and store equal opportunities forms and data
Requesting applicants references and responding to reference requests
Processing Access NI checks in line with current guidelines
Inviting applicants to induction and relaying the information to the training manager in advance
Prepare managers induction packs when new staff are passed to scheme
Preparation and timely circulation of new / replacement ID badges
Creation of personnel files for new employees
Updating PAMS HR system and all other spreadsheets / databases appropriately and in a timely manner
Reserve Lists
We use reserve lists for positions where more than one candidate is deemed suitable for a position. Reserve lists are in place for 12 months during which reserve candidates will be offered the same or similar post should one become available during this time.
