About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our dining venues, ensuring that every guest enjoys impeccable service, outstanding cuisine, and memorable moments. Your leadership and creativity will be instrumental in driving our restaurants’ continued success, working closely with our talented culinary team to deliver innovative and unforgettable dining experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, embodying the 5-star standard of Lough Erne Resort.
Oversee Operations: Take charge of scheduling, inventory, and payroll to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maximise Revenue: Drive growth through effective budgeting, table management, and strategic promotions.
Ensure Exceptional Service: Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure all dining experiences reflect the elegance and warmth of Lough Erne Resort.
Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of support and excellence.
Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and optimising profitability.
Expertise in food and beverage operations, including fine dining and wine pairings.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
