Account Manager
About this role:
The Account Manager will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and upselling to existing and potential clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of services across carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk, and daynurseries.co.uk. They will be the first point of contact for our clients, expected to provide first-class customer service while increasing client spend.
The day-to-day duties of the Account Manager include helping clients effectively utilise our services, managing their sales funnel, and providing new customers with a first-class onboarding experience.
This is a full-time, office-based role with the option of hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). It is essential that the candidate lives within commutable distance to Hungerford.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with customers through impeccable account management
Engage and interact with decision-makers at all levels to identify new and emerging business opportunities
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Provide statistical feedback on client advertising success to maintain and develop high renewal rates
Maintain records of all sales leads and client accounts on CRM
The ideal candidate:
Adept at telephone negotiation with a first-class telephone manner
Experience in account management and selling of software/digital advertising
Exceptional customer relationship skills with individuals at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, resilient, and persistent
A hunger for product and commercial knowledge
The drive and tenacity to succeed, motivated and determined to deliver
Confidence and professionalism in discussing and presenting our offerings
A desire to improve processes and be part of a successful sales team
Salary and Benefits:
Salary in the region of £24,000 depending on experience
Commission dependent on performance, in the region of £10,000
£4,000 per annum discretionary company bonus scheme
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
