About the role

In this role, the Office Manager will handle HR-related tasks, such as keeping employee records up to date, supporting staff wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist the senior management team with various administrative duties, playing a key role in maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assist with HR-related documentation and staff policies

  • Provide support to the team with any HR-related queries and day-to-day concerns

  • Keep the office organised, ensuring it’s fully equipped and runs efficiently

  • Manage office supplies and order new stock as necessary

  • Support the senior management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and appointments

  • Help create a positive office culture and support staff wellbeing

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in office management and HR administration

  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and employee welfare

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, detail-focused approach

  • Experience in a care or healthcare setting is an advantage
