Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will support the housekeeping function throughout the Estate, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality of rooms standard.

About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.

  • Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.

  • Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.

  • Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.

  • You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years accommodation experience

  • Able to organise situations in a busy work environment

  • Enjoy challenging tasks, and able to act in a positive manner

  • Be consistent in providing a high quality service

  • Act as a team player at all times

  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a determination to grow and progress within the Accommodation Department

  • Previous Experience Essential
