As part of our continued growth and development for 2025, Donnelly Group Mallusk have a unique and exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our dynamic and successful Motorstore team. You’ll have the chance to sell a wide range of used vehicles, showcasing your knowledge of different makes, models, and vehicle technologies while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving targets through excellent customer interaction and service.

Core Duties

As a Sales Executive, you’ll:

  • Sell a diverse range of used vehicles, tailored to customer needs.

  • Meet and exceed personal and team KPIs.

  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer satisfaction to every client.

  • Provide expert advice on finance and insurance products for new and existing customers.

  • Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Build strong relationships to secure repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven environment.

  • A full valid driving licence.

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to confidently discuss various vehicle brands, features, and technologies.
