Customer Service Co-ordinator (JLR)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression? We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our JLR Aftersales department, creating outstanding experiences for every customer while supporting seamless operations across our Service and Parts teams.
About the role
The role
Customer Interaction:
Welcome customers to the department, ensuring a positive first impression
Assist customers with bookings for service appointments
Handle customer enquiries and phone calls
Sales and Promotion:
Prospect for service work by informing customers about special offers and promotions
Promote the service and parts facilities to encourage repeat business
Customer Relationship Management:
Conduct follow-up calls to maintain strong customer relationships
Coordination:
Work closely with the Sales teams, Workshop, Parts, and Service departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
A customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in promoting services and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the line manager.

What you will need
Required criteria
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to prove and demonstrate your experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent IT Skills and experience using a CRM system
- A full driver’s licence as driving duties are involved in the role
Desired criteria
- Knowledge of vehicle parts would be advantageous
- A working knowledge of Kerridge
