Conference & Banqueting co-ordinator
Family-owned and operated, the Moran Group is one of Ireland’s leading Hotel & Property Groups. We are recruiting for a talented C&B Coordinator to join the team in our famous Red Cow Inn Steakhouse.
The C&B Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our guests and patrons enjoy their experience with us through maintaining the highest possible levels of standards. To be the first point of contact for all conference and banqueting enquiries via telephone, email and walk-ins. Meet clients and conduct show rounds of the function rooms and bar (walk-ins and by appointment)
About the role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.
· To anticipate guests' needs whenever possible and to enhance quality service and guest satisfaction.
· To carry out all departmental tasks, duties and checklists as established in the Standard Operation and Performance Manuals.
· To comply with all company policies.
· To maintain good liaisons and communications with management and all other departments
· Other duties as required.
Requirements
· Highly organized
· Proficient in Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, and Opera
· A friendly positive can-do-attitude
· Must be fluent in English both written and oral
· Must have an excellent telephone manner
· Be committed to delivering exceptional service
