About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duties can range from maintaining our range of Cabin, Modular and welfare fleet mechanically and electrically to fixing plumbing in canteens and toilet blocks to replacing door handles, all aspects of joinery work including replacing wall and ceiling boards, fitting and easing of internal doors, partition walls and roof repairs.

  • Some on site installation and dismantle works will make up part of the job role, this includes erecting or dismantling of staircases and link units

  • The role will require filling out any necessary paperwork and advising customers if call-outs are chargeable, which you would receive the necessary training

About You:

  • This is a client facing role, so a helpful and professional individual is required

  • The ideal candidate will be adaptable and organised with a keen attitude

  • Must be self motivated, would suit a keen DIYer or an experienced trades person

  • Ability to work in a team or on own initiative

  • Multiple visits will need to be carried out within a day so “fix it first time” approach is necessary for the successful candidate.

  • Experience in site accommodation hire, installation and maintenance would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate
