Business Support, New South West Community Hub

£12 per hour (Real Living Wage!)

Permanent 37 hour post available.

New South West Hub is a day service based close to the Ipswich waterfront which offers a variety of activities for customers. It is a happy and varied environment to work. We are currently looking for a Business Support to work on our front desk, meeting and greeting customers and visitors and carrying out admin tasks to support the service. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team.

We are looking for somebody who will liaise with our customers and their families, providing them with a professional and friendly service.

About the role

As Business Support your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient customer service

  • Finance including invoices and petty cash

  • Rota support

  • Effective communication and building rapport

Your induction

Leading Lives runs a 3 week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and be supported through this.

Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
